Set within a motorsport circuit in the heart of Leicestershire, this triathlon offers a rare traffic-free race environment with smooth tarmac and an enclosed lake. The venue has hosted British Triathlon Super Series events, giving age-group athletes a chance to race on the same course as elites. The race begins with a calm, single-lap swim in the central lake, followed by multiple laps around the 2.5km circuit, and finishes with a 1.25km run through the paddock area. Two distances are available: a draft-legal sprint (perfect for those chasing European Championship qualification) and a non-drafting super sprint for those newer to multisport. The compact layout makes it particularly spectator-friendly, and the venue provides on-site camping and facilities for a full weekend experience.
