Almería Half Marathon

This urban half marathon winds through the heart of Almería, starting from the city center and finishing at the Mediterranean Games Stadium where local athletes train daily. The 21.1km route, certified by the Andalusian Athletics Federation, attracts around 2,000 runners each spring. A 10km option runs alongside the main event, making it accessible for those looking for a shorter challenge. The race honors Ramón Ruiz Andújar, a beloved figure in Spanish athletics and the local running community.
