3TuermeWEG TRAILRUN
About this event
The 3TuermeWEG TRAILRUN weaves through autumn forests around Hagen on a 10-kilometre route connecting three historic towers: the Kaiser-Friedrich-Turm, Bismarckturm, and Eugen-Richter-Turm. Following the established 3TuermeWEG hiking trail, the course runs almost entirely on forest paths and singletrack with around 300 metres of climbing. Several viewpoints along the way reveal sweeping vistas over Hagen and the surrounding countryside. The towers serve as natural landmarks, adding character as runners wind through the wooded landscape. Held in November when the forests wear their autumn colours, this event offers newcomers to trail running a gentle introduction to technical terrain — challenging enough to feel rewarding, accessible enough to feel achievable.
