Squali Gravel

Squali Gravel takes runners into the rolling hills behind Cattolica on Italy's Adriatic coast, where quiet gravel roads wind through inland farmland and ridge lines. The event offers two challenging distances: a 100km route with 1900m of climbing for experienced runners, and a 48km option with 770m of elevation that's still demanding but more approachable. The terrain mixes compact gravel tracks with dirt roads, making for fast but technical running. Spring timing means pleasant temperatures and green landscapes across the Emilia-Romagna countryside. It's a proper test for runners comfortable with longer distances and sustained climbing.
