Novotrail offers a welcoming introduction to Belgian trail running in the forested hills around La Reid. The 8km route, with its gentle 110m of climbing, provides newcomers with an approachable taste of trails through the Ardennes woodlands. More experienced runners can tackle the 20km course, which weaves through 630m of varied terrain. Set in the heart of the Spa-Francorchamps region, the event combines accessible forest paths with the natural beauty of eastern Belgium. The late March timing catches the landscape in transition, with early spring light filtering through the trees and trails that are challenging without being intimidating.
