Newhaven 10K

About this event

This out-and-back coastal 10K runs from the Ouse Estuary Nature Reserve to Seaford seafront, offering steady sea views and fresh Channel air throughout. The flat, well-marked route makes it popular with runners chasing personal bests, while the cause—raising funds for RNLI Newhaven—adds purpose to the effort. Starting from the nature reserve, the course hugs the coast before turning back, providing a straightforward mental map for pacing. The event attracts a mix of club runners and first-timers, creating a supportive race-day atmosphere. All finishers receive a medal, with trophies awarded to the top three in each category.
