Exmoor Beast

The Exmoor Beast tackles some of Somerset's most challenging terrain, with all three routes climbing Dunkery Beacon, the highest point on Exmoor. Starting from Wimbleball Lake, riders can choose between 50, 65, or 100-mile distances — each designed for experienced cyclists ready for serious elevation. The routes wind through the moorland's dramatic landscapes, with full support including feed stations, mechanics, and medics throughout. Camping is available at the lake, making it easy to settle in for the weekend. The event runs alongside the Wimbleball Endurance Sports festival, creating a lively atmosphere with triathletes, swimmers, and runners sharing the weekend.
