Elche-Alicante International Marathon

This point-to-point marathon links two vibrant Spanish cities, starting at Elche's historic Altamira Palace and finishing 42 kilometers later at Alicante's waterfront port. The route traces a cultural and geographical journey from Elche's inland palm groves toward the sparkling Mediterranean coast. Organized by Club Atlético Montemar, the course is designed to showcase both cities' distinct character while providing solid support throughout. A 10K option makes the event accessible to newer runners wanting a taste of the route. The finish at Pier 12 offers a rewarding coastal setting after the journey through Spain's sun-drenched southeast.
