Bude Lifeboat Run and Junior Run

The Bude Lifeboat Run follows a scenic 6-mile coastal route through Stratton and the surrounding North Cornwall countryside. Held each June, this community road race supports the local lifeboat station while offering runners views of the dramatic Cornish coastline. The course winds through charming villages and along country lanes, with the Atlantic Ocean never far from sight. A Junior Run also takes place, making it a family-friendly day out. While welcoming to newer runners tackling the 10km distance, the rolling Cornish terrain adds a satisfying challenge to what might otherwise be a straightforward road race.
