ATW Watford Half Marathon & 10K

This long-standing February event has been bringing runners together in Cassiobury Park for over 40 years. The half marathon follows closed roads through peaceful Hertfordshire countryside, while the 10K takes a gentler route along the Grand Union Canal and through wooded paths. The morning kicks off with a 1.8km Fun Run that welcomes families and first-timers. With pacers available for both the main distances, live music at the finish, and the quirky addition of a cash prize draw for half marathon finishers, it's a properly organized race that hasn't lost its community feel. The park setting provides a relaxed atmosphere that takes some of the pressure off race day nerves.
