About this event

This unique timed event takes runners around the historic Bastione Garibaldi Medici walls in Grosseto, where teams or solo runners complete as many laps as possible over six hours. The relay format lets groups of six share the challenge, each running for an hour, making it a social way to tackle an endurance event. Set in Tuscany's Maremma region, the course follows the Renaissance-era fortifications that encircle the old town. Part of the IUTA Grand Prix series, it draws experienced ultra runners looking for a distinctive urban trail challenge with a twist of history.
