The Why This Far Backyard Ultra brings the unique backyard format to the Swedish forests near Emmaboda. Runners complete a 6.7km loop every hour, featuring rolling trails through woodland and technical sections with 180m of climbing per lap. The twist? The race continues until only one runner remains, testing endurance and mental strength in equal measure. The course winds mostly along soft forest trails with some gravel stretches, offering a scenic but demanding challenge.
