Worthing Seafront 10K

The Worthing Seafront 10K follows a fast, flat course along England's south coast, perfect for runners chasing a personal best or trying their first 10-kilometre race. The route runs west from Splashpoint along Worthing's promenade to Goring Green, then doubles back to finish at Beach House Park. The entire course stays beside the sea, with waves rolling in throughout the run. The flat terrain suits beginners and anyone after a quick time, while the coastal setting keeps the scenery engaging. Finishers receive a medal, with trophies for the top three in each category, and runners gather at Beach House Park afterwards to enjoy the seaside atmosphere.
