Worthing Runfest

About this event

Worthing Runfest offers three distances along the scenic Sussex coast, all on flat, closed roads perfect for chasing times. The half marathon and 10K follow IAAF-verified courses that start and finish at Worthing's seafront promenade, while families can tackle a relaxed mile together. The seafront setting brings a festive atmosphere, with the sea breeze and coastal views adding character to what might otherwise be pure speed work. The event has grown steadily since 2015, building a reputation for solid organization and accurate timing. Runners receive a tech tee and finisher's medal, though the real reward might be a new PB on those forgiving flat sections. With options from one mile to 21K, there's a distance for most ambitions.
