The MoRun brings coastal Kent to life with a purpose-driven running event supporting men's health through the Movember Foundation. Runners choose between 1.5k, 5k, 10k, or half marathon distances along Herne Bay's seafront, with the painted mustaches and fancy dress adding colour to the November morning. The atmosphere leans more celebratory than competitive, with families often joining for the shorter Mini MoRun while others tackle the longer routes. The flat coastal terrain makes for straightforward running, though coastal winds can add character to the experience. Each entry supports mental health, suicide prevention, and cancer research initiatives.
