Toughest Stockholm takes over the beautiful Lida recreational area with a proper obstacle course challenge through the forest. The main 8km course features 30 obstacles mixing natural terrain with technical challenges — think climbing walls, crawling sections, and balance tests that'll work every muscle group. It's tough but accessible, with options to tackle it solo or with teammates. The Sunday events cater to different levels, from the 4km Xplore format down to a 2km family-friendly course perfect for introducing younger runners to the sport. While the obstacles demand strength and determination, the supportive race-day atmosphere and forest setting keep things fun rather than intimidating.
