Stävie Trail

Stävie Trail marks the start of spring trail season in southern Sweden with a grassroots race through a compact forest surrounded by Skåne's open farmland. The course winds through varied terrain — soft forest paths, technical turns, and the short but punchy climb up Getabacken — offering runners plenty to think about despite the modest elevation. Three distances (6.5, 13, and 21 km) cater to different ambitions, while kids' races keep the whole family involved. The atmosphere strikes a nice balance: well-organized but relaxed, competitive yet welcoming. Everyone finishes with a medal and the sense of having kicked off the season somewhere genuinely local and unpretentious.
