Sliabh Liag Adventure Race

The Sliabh Liag Adventure Race takes runners and hikers up Ireland's highest sea cliffs, starting at sea level and climbing nearly 600m above the Atlantic. The course follows the ancient Pilgrim's Path through steep, rugged terrain with sweeping views over Donegal Bay. Three distances are available: a 13km route mixing technical running and hiking, a demanding 25km challenge with serious elevation, and a 50km ultra covering 2,000m of climbing. The terrain is rocky and exposed, requiring solid mountain experience and navigation skills. It's a proper test in a spectacular setting, where the ocean meets the mountains in one of Ireland's most dramatic coastal landscapes.
