Rye Summer 10k & 5k Series, Race Three

The third race in Rye's summer series takes runners through Rye Harbour Nature Reserve, where shingle ridges meet saltmarsh and reed beds along the Sussex coast. The flat course winds through varied coastal terrain — expect to encounter everything from saline lagoons to intertidal grazing land. Coastal breezes can make things interesting, though on calmer days the course rewards with fast times. The series offers 10k and 5k distances, plus a 1k for younger runners, making it accessible for families.
