About this event
The Odivelas-Loures-Odivelas Half Marathon offers a solid road running challenge in the northern suburbs of Lisbon. The route connects two neighboring municipalities, giving runners a chance to explore the less-touristed side of the Portuguese capital's metro area. Beyond the half marathon distance, the event welcomes newer runners with a 10K option and a 5K walk, making it a genuine community gathering. The September timing means cooler temperatures than summer, though the flat suburban terrain keeps things moving at a steady pace. It's a straightforward, well-organized race that prioritizes the fundamentals over flashy extras.
