Marathon Zeeuws-Vlaanderen takes runners through the flat, windswept landscapes of Zeeland Flanders, a corner of the Netherlands that sits between the North Sea and Belgium. The marathon course winds through Terneuzen and the surrounding polderlands, where wide skies meet endless horizons and the occasional windmill punctuates the view. While the full marathon challenges experienced runners with its exposed terrain and persistent coastal breezes, the event welcomes newcomers through shorter 5K and 10K options.
