Lužec Trail

Lužec Trail brings autumn trail running to the forested slopes of Oštrica, offering a welcoming race day for runners of all levels. The course follows pleasant forest paths and gravel roads through the woods, with just a few short, steep sections to keep things interesting. Two distances cater to different abilities: a 20km route with 647 metres of climbing for those seeking a solid challenge, and a 7km option with 249 metres of ascent that's perfect for anyone getting started in trail running. The organisers also put on free children's races on flat terrain. After the finish, runners gather for a warm meal and good company at the base — a lovely touch that makes this feel like a proper community event.
