About this event
The Nieuwpoort Marathon caps off Long Course Weekend Belgium with a scenic run along the Flemish coast. Four distances (5k, 10k, half, and full marathon) wind through polders, canals, and maritime landscapes on a flat, fast course that's ideal for personal bests. The finish line at LCW Festival Square turns into a proper celebration, with runners crossing a red carpet to live music and cheering crowds. There's a kids' run too, making it a solid choice for families. The course offers surprising variety for a coastal route, and the festival atmosphere at the end gives the whole day a relaxed, social vibe that extends beyond just the racing.
