Lancing 10K

About this event

This coastal 10km winds through the seaside town of Lancing, where the South Coast meets the South Downs. Runners start among village shops and cafes before the route opens onto the seafront, with sea breezes and wide ocean views accompanying much of the course. The historic Lancing College Chapel provides a distinctive backdrop throughout. The mix of sheltered village streets and exposed coastal stretches keeps the route interesting, while the relatively flat terrain makes it approachable for those chasing a faster time or running their first 10km.
