Set against the dramatic backdrop of Lake Garda and the Dolomites, La Sportiva Garda Trentino Trail offers five distances that make it genuinely accessible to newcomers while challenging experienced mountain runners. Based in the climbing town of Arco, the event ranges from a welcoming 10km route with 690m of climbing through Mediterranean vegetation to a serious 102km ultra with 6,549m of elevation gain. The shorter distances wind through olive groves and offer panoramic lake views, while the longer courses climb into technical alpine terrain on ridgelines and mountain passes. This variety means runners of different abilities can share the same race weekend, each exploring trails suited to their level.
