Häv & Gräv Vikbovändan delivers a distinctive 45km challenge across Vikbolandet's countryside, blending endurance with authentic local culture. This advanced-level event — offered as a solo run, solo bike, or duo run-and-bike — winds through farmland where aid stations showcase regional specialties: fresh juices, honey, turkey treats, pickled cucumbers, and ice cream from neighbouring producers. Some stops invite participants to briefly explore working farms and meet resident alpacas and ostriches. The route, while not officially measured, creates more of a cultural journey than a typical race. Starting and finishing at the ICA Supermarket, finishers enjoy grilled sausages while a kids' run brings families into the festivities. Each pre-registered participant receives a reusable collapsible cup, reinforcing the event's commitment to sustainability alongside its celebration of Vikbolandet's rural character.
