About this event
The Gosport 5K Summer Series brings weekly racing to the Hampshire coast throughout the warmer months. Race Three continues the series in mid-June, offering runners a fast, flat 5K route through Gosport's waterfront areas. The format suits those looking to test their speed or work on their pacing, with the regularity of the series allowing runners to track improvements from one week to the next. While marked as beginner-friendly in distance, the road racing atmosphere tends to attract runners comfortable with maintaining a steady tempo. The coastal location means pleasant evening conditions, and the series format creates a welcoming community of familiar faces returning week after week. Perfect for anyone wanting to add regular speed work to their training or simply enjoy the buzz of local racing.
