About this event
The VCM Winter Run brings Vienna's running community together for a refreshing urban challenge in early spring. The half marathon launches from the historic Reichsbrücke bridge, tracing a scenic route through the Austrian capital. Shorter options of 10km, 5km, and a quick 1-mile dash take place along the tree-lined Prater Hauptallee, perfect for anyone wanting to test their fitness or shake off winter cobwebs. The event captures Vienna's distinctive blend of imperial architecture and modern energy, all while the city transitions from winter to spring. A great choice for runners seeking a flat, well-organized road race in one of Europe's most beautiful capitals.
