Running Under The Moon transforms a summer night in Cyprus into an illuminated athletic spectacle. Organized by Cyprus Runners United at the Mall of Cyprus, this certified road race offers a distinctive after-dark experience where runners navigate loop courses lit by glow-in-the-dark bibs and UV-reactive markers. The event features 5km and 10km distances, plus a team option, with live lap analytics projected on large screens for spectators inside the mall. The combination of nighttime running, modern technology, and an unconventional urban setting creates an atmosphere that's part competition, part light show. Elite and recreational runners share the course, making it an interesting mix of serious racing and festive community event under the Mediterranean night sky.
