The Mdina 2 Spinola is Malta's second-most beloved road race, connecting two of the island's most striking landmarks in a single 17.4km point-to-point journey. Starting from the medieval silent city of Mdina, perched high in the island's interior, the course descends toward the coast, finishing at the Christmas-lit promenade of Spinola Bay. Held just before the holidays, this volunteer-run event has become a festive tradition for Malta's running community, blending athletic challenge with seasonal spirit.
